Criminal, Traffic, Civil/Small Claims, and other Municipal Court functions are provided by the Sebastian County District Court - Greenwood Division.  Located in the Sebastian County Courthouse, the Court also performs various State legislative duties and maintains Court records pursuant to Arkansas law.

Presiding Judge, Wayland A. Parker, II, took office on January 1, 1991. Judge Parker graduated from Westark Community College with an Associate Degree in 1977, Hendrix College in 1979 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, and from the University of Arkansas School of Law at Fayetteville in 1982.
