Entry Level Maintenance Operator

The Entry Level Maintenance Operator assists with the maintenance, repair and daily operation of the City's water distribution systems. This role includes hands-on field work, equipment operation while ensuring reliable water service for residents.

Ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic with a willingness to learn, ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks, basic mechanical or maintenance experience (preferred but not required), commitment to safety and teamwork and a valid driver's license.

Full Time Code Compliance Inspector

The City of Greenwood is seeking a motivated individual to join our Planning & Community Development team as a Full Time Code Compliance Inspector. This position helps maintain community standards through proactive inspections, courteous communication and support of city development operations. 

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, ability to read ordinances, maps, plans and regulations. Preferred qualifications include an associate's degree or technical education, experience in construction, inspections, public works, planning, permitting or related field.
