To establish, change, or terminate Water Service, please come to our Billing Office conveniently located in the lobby at City Hall.

Residents must come to the Water Department at City Hall and present a valid ID to set up service. When establishing water service, any applications submitted after 2 PM will not be connected until the following business day. Deposits must be paid in full by check or cash only before service will be connected.
Deposits are as follows:
|* Residential – Owner
|* Residential – Renter
|* Car Wash
|* Apartment / Restaurant
|Cleaning (30 days or less - 1 property)
|Cleaning (30+ days or more than 1 property)
|(* This deposit includes a $25.00 non-refundable processing fee.)
Paying Your Water Bill
You can pay your Water Bill either Online, by Phone, by Mail, or in person at our Billing Office located in the lobby of City Hall.
We also have a convenient Drive-Through located on the south side of City Hall. For after hours payments, please use our Night Drop Box located at the Drive-Through.
Water Bill Due Dates
Bills are sent out by the first of each month. Payment is due by the 15th of the month and a late penalty is charged after the 15th.
Cut-off date is the 25th of each month by 8 AM. If the 25th falls on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday, cut off will be the following business day at 8 AM. If service is disconnected, a $25.00 fee will be added to the account and full balance must be paid before service will be re-connected.
